Metta Rooms is committed to providing the best possible experience for our guests. If you need to cancel or alter a reservation, we will do our best to accommodate your needs. However, we do have a few policies in place to ensure that all of our guests are treated fairly. When changes are made to a reservation, Metta Rooms may charge a cancellation fee. This fee is based on the length of notice given and the type of room reserved. We do not charge cancellation fees for rooms that were booked using a Metta Rooms gift certificate. Metta Rooms also requires full payment for reservations at the time of booking. Guests can change or cancel their reservations up to 48 hours before their scheduled arrival without incurring any charges. However, changes made within 48 hours of arrival will be subject to a late change fee. Metta Rooms accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal for payments. Metta Rooms understands that plans change. That’s why we’ve made it easy to modify your reservations – whether it’s for a stay or an Experience. To get started, simply log in to your Metta Rooms account and head to Trips. From there, select the reservation you need to change. You’ll find links to change or cancel your reservation – simply follow the steps and you’ll be guided through the process. In the event of an emergency or unavoidable circumstance, please check our Extenuating Circumstances Policy for all the details. Paying on Airbnb
Metta Rooms is committed to providing our guests with a convenient and safe booking experience. We support different payment methods, including major crypto currencies, credit and debit cards, as well as certain payment options like Google Pay or Apple Pay in specific countries. You’ll be able to see which payment methods are accepted on the checkout page before you book. In most cases, your payment method will be charged as soon as your reservation is confirmed.
